I would highly recommend Budget Brakes to anyone looking to get any work done on their vehicle. Both Joe and Chris are very friendly and professional, the work was done very well. I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future for any service that I need.

I read the reviews and had to see for myself. After a day of hearing my brakes grinding I decided to give BB&S a call. Its was late in the day so I didn't expect much. Chris answered the phone with a welcoming voice and began answering my questions. He informed me that no matter the drop off time or the amount of time it took to fix my vehicle I would be taken care of. Chris told me that they had a loaner car I could use, and of course I was skeptical. I pulled up early the next morning, car squealing and all. The staff there were all smiling and seemed to be in a lively mood. After the test drive and diagnostic Chris gave me the skinny on what was happening with my van. He told me what I "wanted" to hear (what and how much it would take to get me back on the road) and what I "didn't" (what it would cost to make my van safe). He explained the condition of my van and the working parts. He wrote up a few packages and then we went from there. I got a nice out the door deal for some SERIOUS front end work! I wasn't at the shop for more than 10 minutes and I was out with the loaner car. Which was clean and hassle free to take and drop off! All that work and I had my van back before rush hour! HELL OF A JOB GUYS! Need anything, go see BB&S 1st!!!

We took my son's van in for repairs. We were treated courteously and promptly. All repairs were discussed up front. We've been using a chain-type repair shop and have just not been happy with the quality of service there. Actually if the other place had done it's job correctly some repairs may have been avoided. At any rate, we've been looking for a new shop. I think we've found it!

Great help in fixing my truck and getting it back up and running again, will be going back to the boys over at budget brakes in Livonia from here on out. Great thing about this company is they offer a free loaner while u wait very nice and convient. Thanks K. Kashat

This place is great.. these guys are local and experts in their field... I have dealt with many companies in the area and had horrible experiences.. these guys are great and now will be my go to shop.

This company was very efficient and there were no surprises. They let me know up front for a diagnostic charge, and they were very quick in calling me to let me know what the issue was and about how much it would cost. They had my car's busted AC fixed up and ready to go in one day. And if you call ahead they will willingly lend you a loaner car.

A family owned business with great guys who are proud of what they do, and committed to excellent customer service! When I got my oil changed they were quick, took good care of my car and returned ready to go - with it washed! I am grateful for their commitment to serving the customer and doing an honest, trustworthy job.
