I went in for an oil change. It took longer than I'd like (If you say you can take it in right now, I assume it won't take 20 minutes), but they did it. In the month since I went in, I have received multiple emails, texts, phone calls, and some good old fashion paper mail. Please don't spam me. I'd give them 4 stars on the condition that you give them fake information. Edit in response to the owners: Did you read the review?! STOP CONTACTING ME
Good Morning, Tony. I understand your *Edit to Owner however, we do take the time to look into all customer reviews and take all feedback seriously. We pride ourselves in providing excellent service and customer experience. I apologize if the Service Advisors did not tell you upfront that our Oil Changes are not like that of a "Quick Lube". It normally takes 45 mins or so as we look over the vehicle during our Pit Stop, top off fluids, etc. We understand that waiting for more than 20 can seem long. For this we provide you with complimentary wifi, pop, water, coffee, and snacks in our newly renovated waiting area. When you checked out the Service Advisors provide you with a cookie and a postcard telling you that we will reach out within 24-48 after your visit to ensure everything exceeded your expecations and to make sure the customer does not have any other questions or immediate concerns. We then do indeed send out a text and email for a positive review if you had a positive experience. If not,we also want to hear about ways be can be better for our customers and the community. Once a month an email is sent out with coupons for our existing customers and after your first visit we mail you a coupon for $25 off your next visit. As I mentioned, we do take all feedback seriously and will take a look at our process and how to improve. I hope you have a wonderful day and enjoy your summer.
