Amazing experience - highly recommend. I'm always wary and hate going to a new place to get work done b/c I don't want to be taken advantage of. Walked in and received exceptional customer service from Joe. He was friendly and diagnosed my issue with a smile & offered me additional services WITHOUT judging me for saying no. Work was done quickly and I was back on the road in no time. Nice to find a place I can trust & with service like that I'll be back. Great job HG crew & way to go Joe!

Honest and friendly crew. They have been very good at explaining what is necessary now, should be done ( near future), and could be done (convenient). I moved to the area 12 years ago and finally found a repair shop that I trust. Thank you Hamburg Garage!!!

Good Morning, Tara. I wanted to thank you again for reaching out. Again, we do take any and all feedback seriously as we take pride in providing the best customer experience every time. After we spent some time looking back through our records, communicating with our Service Advisors, General Manager and technician that worked on your vehicle. I did try to reach out and left a message, as we were hoping you can provide us some clarification on what is happening with your Jeep and what it is that you feel is not fixed. We have 2 visits on file with us and the initial visit we attempted an inexpensive fix to address your concerns and told you in person and in writing that if this inexpensive initial service did not correct the issue that further repairs may be needed that would require the initial service anyways. You seemed happy with that approach at the time as it kept your repair budget as low as possible. Unfortunately, you did need to come back as second time as the quick fix indeed did not fully fix the issue. Understanding the frustration, we covered, 2/3 of the cost of your second visit to alleviate the financial pressure you expressed you were under at the time. We understand how important your vehicle on the road having is, resulting in us attempting to help in anyway possible. That being said, there were multiple problems with the Jeep when you brought it to us, so we are unable to determine what repair has failed you with this brief feedback provided. If there are ongoing and/or current problems with the Jeep related to any of the repairs we did for you, please provide us with an opportunity to correct them.
