Took my car in for an alignment and the mechanic couldn’t figure out how my lugnuts worked and said my car was broken. it was sitting there for 4 days while they did zero work to it and insisted on lying and saying my lug nuts/studs were broke so they could charge more money. It was the first and last time I’m ever taking my car here.

So happy to have found this garage! I have used them twice now. The Hamburg Garage has been professional with top notch service both times.

Did exactly what they said they would. Ran into an unforeseen problem but worked it out professionally. They have a top notch mechanic who knows old cars ( 1971 Chevelle SS ).

Air conditioning problem fixed for a fair price. Oil change went ok but they didn't take down the last shop's reminder sticker and replace with their own, and didn't reset the electronic oil usage counter. A courtesy call from the head office afterwards revealed they are supposed to wash the car after the repairs, but mine didn't.

Got us in for a quick before a road trip.

We've been here with two of our cars, having discovered the HG only recently, and we'll be regulars from now on. They are very professional, clearly knowledgable and even kind, helping us out with some challenging issues, going way beyond what they needed to just to do the very best by us that they could.
