Their customer service surpasses their workmanship, which is backed with warranty. UPDATE AS OF APRIL 2021: To comply with current pandemic policies, and to provide peace of mind to their customers, they are currently providing contactless pickup and delivery of your vehicle, and/or, at least for me, they provided an Uber to take me home and return me to pick the vehicle up once in a service, ALL FOR FREE. I can't say if this will continue BUT if the reasonable prices for the service doesn't get you, the quality of the customer service will definitely keep you.

Sara and Zach are really great people to work with at The Livonia Garage. I used to use another place this same company runs and I was always happy there too! Fair prices that are explained well. I love the inspections that include pictures cuz this kind of honesty is hard to find at auto shops. Highly recommended.

Nice staff. I went in for an alignment, but left with camber still out of specification per the report they provided at checkout. I've never had an alignment problem that couldn't be corrected, and just wished they would have communicated the issue, or provided options to correct it before being told that it was complete and ready for checkout.
